A Port Elizabethan born and bred, Warren matriculated from Westering High School and graduated from the University of Port Elizabeth (now Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University).
Warren joined Joubert Galpin Searle as a Professional Assistant to the Commercial Division in 1999 and was appointed Director in March 2002.
Warren specialises in Company law, the formation of entities and business structures (including Empowerment groups and Joint Ventures), Intellectual Property law, Insolvencies, Landlord and Tenant law and general Commercial and Notarial work.
Tax planning & advice and the formulation of tax structures form an integral focus of his day to day work.
Having completed the International Trade Institute of Southern Africa Certificate in International Trade Warren is equipped to provide a further service in the importing, exporting and exchange control fields.
Warren also services a large construction and civil engineering dispute practice
and regularly advises and acts for clients involved in multi million
rand construction and tender disputes as well as civil engineering disputes.
Warren is married to Candice, and plays golf when the demands of his
practice permit.
