Ayanda was born and raised in Balfour, Mpumalanga. She attended her
first four years of Primary Schooling at Vusumusi Primary School after
which she completed the remainder of her education at Balfour Primary
School.
Educated at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth where she obtained her LLB in 2008, Ayanda undertook a two year course at a Ministry Leadership School called Every Nation Leadership Institute, where she graduated in November 2006.
At NMMU she was elected to be Vice-President Education by the Toastmasters International in 2005, and was elected as President of the Club in 2006. During her term as President, the club won a Distinguished Club Award from the International Organization. In 2008 she founded and chaired the first and only female developmental Society at the university called “Provocative Lady”.
In her spare time Ayanda writes poetry, short stories and music. She also acts as a mentor at the Madiba Bay Golden Club (Toastmasters) at Cheshire Homes in Port Elizabeth. Ayanda also enjoys Martial Arts and spending time with friends and family.
She has a passion for International Trade Law, Tax law and Administrative Law and is excited to learn all she can about all the different fields of law covered at Joubert Galpin Searle.
